Welcome to Rose House our first residential establishment, where we provide integrated living opportunities for our service users. As a community- based establishment, we strive to offer consistent and exceptional care to all individuals we serve. Our focus is on maintaining high standards and creating a homely, caring environment that promotes independence, choice, dignity, confidence and self esteem. 

At Rose House, we support and encourage the personal growth and development of our service users at their own pace. We collaborate with social workers, families and significant others to design customised care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. At Rose House, we believe that everyone has equal rights regardless of learning or physical disabilities, mental health needs or challenging behaviours, age, race or gender. Our philosophy of care is based upon the reinforcement of positive attitudes and behaviours whilst respecting the privacy and confidentiality that each person is entitled to.

Staff information
 
Rose House is owned by Blacksmith health care under the managing directorship of Mary Oyefeso who is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years nursing and care home experience.  
 
Rose House is managed by the Registered Manager - Rechelle Gasa is the CQC Registered manager.  She has been the Registered Manager at Rose House for over 10 years and comes with over 15 years care experience in the community.  

 

 

Admission Criteria

• Female or male individuals from age18-65 and 65 and above. 

• Clients must have a diagnosis of learning disability or mental health.

• No significant mobility issues due to the physical structure of the home.
